What's wrong
Rockford Corporation (Rockford) is recalling certain Rockford Fosgate 20GLADR-STG5, 24WRNGLR-FOX, 24WRNGLER-STG3, and 18WRNGLER-STG5 amplifier kits. The 150-amp fuse may not provide adequate circuit protection in the event of a short circuit in the amplifier.
Consequence
Inadequate protection may increase the risk of a fire.
Remedy
Rockford will provide instructions and a replacement fuse, free of charge. Owner letters are expected to be mailed August 7, 2026. Owners may contact Rockford's customer service at 1-800-669-9899.
