What's wrong

Scranton Manufacturing Company, Inc. (New Way) is recalling certain 2025 New Way side and front loader trucks. The manual cylinder valves in the CNG fuel system may develop stress corrosion cracks in the bottom plugged port, causing a leak.

Consequence

A natural gas leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.

Remedy

Agility will replace the valves, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed March 5, 2026. Owners may contact New Way's customer service at 1-800-831-1858.
