NHTSA Campaign 25E074000
STRUCTURE:EMERGENCY:ESCAPE/EGRESS/EXIT
Issued by AROW Global Corp · Reported Nov 7, 2025 · 1,323 vehicles affected
What's wrong
AROW Global Corp (AROW) is recalling certain emergency exit windows models MV200, MV207, and MV170. Please see the 573 recall report all part numbers. The emergency exit window latch can fail, allowing the window to open during a crash. As such, these emergency exit windows fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 217, "Bus Emergency Exits and Window Retention and Release."
Consequence
A window that opens during a crash may not properly retain passengers as intended, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy
AROW will replace the latches, free of charge. Vehicle manufacturers are expected to be notified November, 2025. Owners may contact AROW customer service at 715-693-6020.
