Issued by Tenneco Automotive · Reported Jan 14, 2022 · 15,200 vehicles affected

What's wrong

Consequence

A ball joint failure may cause a loss of control, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy

DRiV will work with distributors to return unsold parts. Dealers will inspect and replace the ball joint as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on March 17, 2022. Owners may contact DRiV customer service at 1-877-489-6659 or at [email protected].
