"APPROXIMATELY 50 BBLS OF CRUDE OIL WERE RELEASED WHEN A METER DRAIN VALVE WAS INADVERTENTLY LEFT OPEN, AFTER PERFORMING MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES, CAUSING THE SUMP TO OVERFILL. THE PLAINS EMPLOYEE HAS BEEN DISCIPLINED AND A SAFETY STAND DOWN WAS HELD WITH THE OTHER EMPLOYEES."
