"APPROXIMATELY 200 BBLS OF CRUDE OIL WERE RELEASED FROM A SEAL LEAK ON THE TANK 56007 BOOSTER PUMP, AS A RESULT OF A FAILED BEARING. THE SPILL WAS CLEANED IMMEDIATELY AND PLAINS IS IN THE PROCESS OF REBUILDING THE PUMP."
