"WHILE DRILLING A NEW HDD, PARALLEL TO OUR EXISTING PIPELINE, THE DRILL BIT STRUCK THE EXISTING PIPELINE. THE NEW HDD WAS 473FT FROM THE ENTRY POINT AT THE TIME OF THE STIKE. CONDENSATE AND GAS WAS SEEN COMING UP THROUGH THE BORE TO THE RETURN PIT FOR THE HDD OPERATION. ESD WAS ACTIVATED AND BLOCK VALVES WERE CLOSED."
