"ON 12/5/2022 AT 8:40 AM CST, ENTERPRISE PIPELINE TECHNICIAN OBSERVED OIL ON THE GROUND AT THE DIAMONDBACK HEADLEE PUMP SITE; 3 BARRELS OF OIL REACHED THE GROUND. THE LEAK WAS ISOLATED AND SOIL REMEDIATED. THE FIELD EXAMINATION IDENTIFIED THAT THE GIRTH WELD ON THE 1"" NIPPLE WAS CRACKED. THE WELD WAS REMOVED AND THE PIPE WAS REWELDED. TRRC# 2753"
