"ON MAY, 27TH 2024 PIPELINE CONTROL RECEIVED A GAS DETECT ALARM FROM HELENA BOOSTER. ONEOK PERSONNEL WERE DISPATCHED TO THE LOCATION AND DISCOVERED A TUBING LEAK ON THE PUMP 2 BEARING COOLING LINE. ONEOK PERSONNEL DETERMINED THE TUBING WAS NOT APPROPRIATELY TIGHTENED AT THE CONNECTION POINT. THE LOOSE TUBING CONNECTION WAS DETERMINED TO BE THE CAUSE OF THE RELEASE. THE LOOSE TUBING CONNECTION WAS REPAIRED."
