"FARMER WAS SPRAYING CROP FIELD USING CHEMICAL SPRAY BOOM RIG. HE MANEUVERED TOO CLOSE TO THE ABOVE GROUND MLV-4 VALVE SET AND DID NOT RAISE THE SPRAY BOOM HIGH ENOUGH TO CLEAR THE 2"" BLOW DOWN STACK. THE SPRAY BOOM STRUCK THE 2"" BLOW DOWN STACK CAUSING A FAILURE IN THE PIPE ABOVE THE WELD AT THE 6""X2"" TEE."
