AT APPROXIMATELY 5:40 PM ON 5/18/2023 A DCP FIELD TECH RECEIVED NOTIFICATION FROM A LANDOWNER EMPLOYEE ABOUT A POSSIBLE PIPELINE RUPTURE. PIPELINE TECH IMMEDIATELY CALLED HIS SUPERVISOR TO ADVISE, AS A PRECAUTIONARY MEASURE, SUPERVISOR IMMEDIATELY DISPATCHED ALL AVAILABLE FIELD TECHS TO ISOLATE GAS GATHERING PIPELINE IN THE LIVE OAK GATHERING SYSTEM, FIELD TECHS COMPLETED ISOLATION OF THE ENTIRE SECTION BY APPROXIMATELY 6:13 PM, RUPTURE SITE WAS CONFIRMED AT APPROXIMATELY 6:41 PM. LINE IS REPAIRED AND RETURNED TO SERVICE. METALLURGICAL INVESTIGATION IS COMPLETED AND INDICATES INTERNAL CORROSION CAUSED BY WATER DROPOUT. 7/20/2023- AS PER PHMSA REQUEST, UPDATED THE FOLLOWING: PART A4- CHANGED CRITERIA MET TIME TO 17:40 PART D7A- UPDATED PROPERTY DAMAGE TO 1500.00. PART D7B- NO CHANGES, OPERATOR DAMAGE AND REPAIRS ESTIMATE ACCURATE. PART D7D- UPDATED METALLURGICAL COST TO 18,750.00 PART D7E- NO CHANGE, CONFIRMED, $0.23 PER MCF AS ACCURATE FIGURE. PART G1- CORROSION FAILURE UPDATED AS PER METALLURGICAL ANALYSIS RESULTS. PART J1- REMOVED PREVIOUS RUN YEAR, NO PREVIOUS RUNS. 7-27-2023- AS PER PHMSA REQUEST, UPDATED THE FOLLOWING: PART C6- CHANGED ORIENTATION FROM ""OTHER"" TO ""LONGITUDINAL"". PART D7E- COST OF GAS LOST CHANGED TO REFLECT SPOT MARKET PRICE PER PHMSA COMMENT.
