"ON 4/29/24, AN ELECTRIC CONTRACTOR BORED INTO 4 INCH 130 PSI DISTRIBUTION MAIN CAUSING 4 INCH HOLE IN THE PIPE. GAS WAS RELEASED FOR 90 MINUTES BEFORE FLOW OF GAS WAS STOPPED. 2 FEET OF 4 INCH PIPE WAS REPLACED AND MAIN WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. GAS LOSS CALCULATIONS WERE COMPLETED ON 5/6/24 AND IT WAS DETERMINED THE GAS LOSS EXCEEDED THE REPORTABLE THRESHOLD."
