Triumph Motorcycles America, LTD (Triumph) is recalling certain model year 2012-2013 Triumph Street Triple and Street Triple R motorcycles manufactured July 1, 2012, to October 1, 2013, and equipped with ABS. In the affected motorcycles, the four bolts that secure the two cable guides on either side of the headstock do not contain threadlock. As a result, the bolts could loosen.
Remedy: Triumph will notify owners, and dealers will replace the four bolts with new bolts containing threadlock, free of charge. The recall began on November 7, 2014. Owners may contact Triumph customer service at 1-678-854-2010. Triumph's number for this recall is Service Bulletin 501.

Triumph Motorcycles is recalling certain model year 2012-2013 Street Triple and Street Triple R motorcycles manufactured in July 2012; and model year 2012-2013 Daytona 675 and Daytona 675 R motorcycles manufactured September 2012 through June 2013. Due to a manufacturing error, the Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) may malfunction and lose anti-lock functionality.
Remedy: Triumph will notify owners and dealers will replace the ABS modulator, free of charge. The recall began during August 2013. Owners may contact Triumph at 1-888-283-5288.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 TRIUMPH STREET TRIPLE 675. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE FRONT RIGHT TURN SIGNAL FAILED TO OPERATE WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT VEERED TO THE SHOULDER OF THE ROAD AND NOTICED THAT A BOLT WAS FRACTURED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE RECURRED TWO TIMES. THE CONTACT MANAGED TO HOLD THE TURN SIGNAL STEMS TOGETHER IN THE INTERIM. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 13V104000 (EXTERIOR LIGHTING). THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 5,900.
TRANSMISSION GEARCHANGE SHAFT BROKEN AT ENGINE C CLIP. LEFT STRANDED IN NEUTRAL.
THE RECTIFIER/REGULATOR FAILED DUE TO MOTORCYCLE HEAT. THEREFORE IT DID NOT CHARGE THE BATTERY AND CAUSED IT TO STALL IN TRAFFIC SEVERAL TIMES. NOT SAFE AT ALL. THE MOTORCYCLE STALLED WHILE RIDING THRU A TUNNEL IN TRAFFIC.
THE BLINKER STEMS FOR BOTH THE RIGHT AND LEFT BLINKER BROKE AND THE BLINKERS DANGLE BY THEIR CABLES. THIS MAY MAKE THE SIGNALS UN-SEEABLE TO ON-COMING TRAFFIC. THERE WAS A RECALL FOR THIS ISSUE FOR THE 2012 MODELS BUT NOT FOR MY VIN SERIES. *TR
