The contact owns a 2023 Triumph Rocket 3 GT. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the display screen went blank and the motorcycle unexpectedly shut off. The failure caused another vehicle to rear-end the motorcycle's rear wheel, fracturing the license plate. The contact suffered back pains, but no medical attention was received. A police report was not filed. The contact stated that the vehicle had previously had the battery replaced for the same failure, but the failure persisted.
