The passenger 2nd row seat seat belt failed to unbuckle. child was strapped into car seat with seat belt. seat belt was not able to unbuckle and child was trapped. fire department had to cut fabric on seat belt to release child due to failed restraint system.

Driving home from work, went over train tracks and heard a pop from the passenger air bag. It did not deploy all the way, just came open. I looked online for a recall and although its very common, there wasn't one. It's a plastic peice that let go and it needs complete replacement.

My vehicle is experiencing manufacturers defect identical to Ford program 21B35, yet Ford tells me my VIN is not covered under this program. Manufacturer defect includes car converter welds breaking, causing exhaust fumes to enter the cabin. This is a serious safety concern.
