The contact owns a 2024 Suzuki V-Strom 800DE equipped with Dunlop tires, Tire Line: Trailmax Mixtour, Tire Size: 90/90/21(front) and 150/70/R17(rear), DOT: Rear tire (1EU3PYDFM3524), DOT: Front tire (N/A). ... . There was no warning light illuminated. Upon inspection of the tires, the contact discovered that the center treads on the front and rear tires were worn. Despite the failure, the contact was able to ride the motorcycle back to the residence. The tires were taken to dealer where it was acknowledged that there were failures with the tires and referred the contact to the tire warranty department. The warranty department offered no assistance and the contact paid out-of-pocket for a new set of tires. The tires were replaced by the contact. The failure mileage was 1,700.Read more
