... belt on and I have video that seems to confirm this. After the wreck, I went to the hauler and looked at the seatbelt. It was out enough that she had to have had it on as it would not go out any further and would not retract. The vehicle is still at the wrecker so this has not been confirmed. The police report says that the seatbelt was not on, but I'm sure that he did not actually test this aspect. There were no warning lamps or anything else indicating that the seatbelt was not on prior to the crash.Read more
