Defect Description
Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2017-2019 Rogue Hybrid vehicles. The hydraulic brake booster assembly may overheat internally, resulting in a loss of power brake assist. Consequence
A loss of power brake assist can extend the distance required to stop the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Dealers will replace the hydraulic brake booster supply unit, free of charge. Interim Owner notification letters were mailed September 22, 2022. A second letter will be mailed October 31, 2022.
