CONSUMER WAS TOWING A 1990 JEEP CHEROKEE WITH A 1996 NATIONAL RV SEABREEZE. DURING A ROUTINE STOP HE NOTICED THE ATTACHMENT OF STOWMASTER HAD BROKEN ON PASSENGER'S SIDE OF VEHICLE, AND WAS DAMAGED ON DRIVER'S SIDE.
