Defect Description
Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. (Mitsubishi) is recalling certain 2022-2024 Outlander and 2023-2025 Outlander PHEV vehicles. Consequence
A rearview image that does not display properly reduces the driver's view of what is behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Dealers will update the A-IVI software, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed June 30, 2025. Mitsubishi's number for this recall is SR-25-001.
