Remedy
Agility will replace the valves, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed January 17, 2025 by Agility. Owners may contact Agility customer service at 1-844-474-7400 or McNeilus customer service at 1-888-686-7278.

Defect Description
McNeilus Truck & Manufacturing, Inc. (McNeilus) is recalling certain 2015-2024 Zero Radius refuse trucks. The side loader arm may not be properly secured, resulting in unexpected movement while driving.
Consequence
A side loader arm that unexpectedly extends out from the vehicle body while driving increases the risk of a crash.
Remedy
McNeilus will provide new latch assemblies, free of charge. In addition, a McNeilus technician will update the vehicle software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 18, 2024. Owners may contact McNeilus' customer service at 1-888-686-7278.
