SUSPENSION Feb 24, 2026
The contact owns a 2024 Maserati GranTurismo. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle unexpectedly and aggressively pulled to the right while the contact was in the middle lane. There were no warning lights illuminated. While attempting to make a left turn, the contact had to abruptly depress the brake pedal to prevent the vehicle from crashing into an object. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed, and determined that the suspension had failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer on several occasions for the failure, but the failure persisted. The vehicle was later towed to the dealer, but was not diagnosed or repaired, and the dealer refused to service the vehicle. The vehicle was then taken to another dealer, who also refused to repair the vehicle. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 750.
