(Lance) is recalling certain model year 2015 Slide-In Campers, and Travel Trailers built April 10, 2014, to December 15, 2014, and equipped with certain Latitude Awnings, styles GX and G, manufactured by Carefree of Colorado. The affected awnings may have screws tha... Read more
Consequence
The screws could fail, causing the supporting bracket to fail, and the awning to fall and potentially strike and injure a person beneath it.
Remedy
Lance will notify owners, and dealers will remove and replace the defective screws, free of charge. The recall began on February 20, 2015. Owners may contact Lance customer service at 1-661-949-3322.

Consequence
If an awning falls, there is an increased risk of injury to anyone under the awning.
Remedy
Lance will notify owners, and dealers will remove and replace all the mounting brackets, free of charge. The recall began November 26, 2014. Owners may contact Lance customer service at 1-661-949-3322.
