SERVICE BRAKES, AIR:SUPPLY:QUICK RELEASE VALVE
Defect Description
International Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2026-2027 HV vehicles. The service brake may take longer than expected to release. As such, these vehicles may fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 121, "Air Brake Systems."
Consequence
A delayed brake release can increase the risk of crash.
Remedy
Dealers will replace the 5/8” air line with a 3/4” air line, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed August 10, 2026. Owners may contact International's customer service at 1-800-448-7825. International's number for this recall is 26506.

Consequence
Safety systems that depend on the ECU, such as Automatic Traction Control, ABS, Electronic Stability Control, Active Cruise Control, and Collison Mitigation System, may have diminished or lost functionality, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
International will work with Bendix to reprogram the ECU, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 19, 2026. VISIBILITY:WINDSHIELD WIPER/WASHER:LINKAGES
Defect Description
International Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2025-2026 HV, HX, LT, MV, RH, and 2025 EMV vehicles. The linkage that connects the right-side wiper arm to the motor may separate, causing the wipers to fail.
Consequence
Windshield wiper failure can reduce driver visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Dealers will replace the wiper module, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 2, 2025. Owners may contact International customer service at 1-800-448-7825. International's number for this recall is 25505.
