2009 HARLEY-DAVIDSON VRSCAW

On 7/15/2021 I bought a 2009 VRSCAW Harley Davidson motorcycle on ebay (Order Number: 25-07316-82931) in Monterey, CA. Needed to deliver in Dublin, Ohio. A Mr Thomas Dobson Responsible and driver of the carrier Crawl Transportation located at 105 N Nixon St, Landisville, NJ 08326, informing that he was ready to pick up the motorcycle through the uShip app ( ID#720860097), offered by ebay, uShip cost $880.23 to deliver to Dublin, OH, including insurance for the value of the motorcycle for an insurance charge of $75.05 (Reference Number 42214154). . Crawl Transportation picked up the motorcycle in California on 07/25/2021. It was delivered to Ohio on 05/08/2021. On the day of delivery, the motorcycle was damaged, the driver Mr. Thomas Dobson from Crawl Transportation claimed that during the trip there was an accident, that in the change of space the motorcycle fell from the truck and that he was sorry for what happened, but that he would send all insurance information to cover any loss. As soon as I received the insurance information, I left the motorcycle at the service department of Farrow Harley Davidson Service Advisor on 08/26/2021, for the care of Mr Scott Grossman to get a quote of what was damaged. As soon as the quote was made by Farrow Harley Davidson Service Advisor where they got in touch with the insurer named, NEXT FIRST INSURANCE AGENCY,INC. in the responsibility of agent Mrs Rachele Lopez, to authorize the repair of the motorcycle, I sent photos before and after the accident, proving that it was damaged during the trip. On 19/11/2021, NEXT FIRST INSURANCE AGENCY,INC sent a letter stating that it was not possible to cover this loss since the insurance company does not cover this type of transport. I would like to know if there is a possibility to claim the repair of the motorcycle damaged by the carrier!

AFTER THEY PUT THE NEW ABS SENSOR I DRIVE 300 KILOMETER THE ABS LIGHT IS OF THAT MEANS ITS WORKING,I DON'T FEEL ANY DIFFERENCE.DRIVE MY V-ROD LUCKY ONLY SLOW ON THAT MOMENT ,I HAVE NO WARNING LIGHTS AND MY BREAKS STOP WORKING 0 BREAKS,IM SO LUCKY THAT IM ALIVE ...I LIVE 2 DAYS FROM DEALER A WAY,SO I HAVE TO FIND PROBLEM,THERE WAS 0 OIL ON THE CALIPER I CAN BLOW AIR IN BREAK HOSE AND FEEL IT COMING OUT ON THE OTHER SITE OF THE BIKE CALIPER HOSE THAT I TAKE OF ASWEL,BUT NO AIR GO UP, TEST MY MASTER CILINDER LOTS OF PRESSURE BRAND NEW ORIGINAL HD,I CALL HD DEALER AL OVER THE WORLD TO FIND OUT THE PROBLEM,THEY NEVER HERE ABOUT THIS.NOW I GO ON THE INTERNET I FIND OUT THE HCU IS THE PROBLEM HD IS THE ONLY ONE IN THE WORLD THAT IF THIS BREAK THERE IS NO MORE DOT4 GOING TO CALIPER IT MEANS YOU HAVE 0 BREAK WITH OUT ANY WARNING ,I TEL YOU I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT HD DON'T INFORM CUSTOMERS AND DEALERS ACT LIKE THEY DON'T KNOW,IN THE SAME TIME I CAN KILL MY SELF AND MANY HD DRIVERS. I TRAY TO BUY NEW PART I ASK IS THE PROBLEM SOLVED NO ITS SAME PART NR THAT MEANS NO CHANGES ITS SAME AS WHAT THEY PUT ON MY BIKE WEN THEY BUILD 2009. I SEE MANY ALREADY COM TO NHTSA ITS NOT NEW STORY,I ONLY WANT TO KNOW WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO SO I AM SAFE TO DRIVE MY BIKE ? IF HD DEALERS SAY WE DON'T KNOW THIS PROBLEM,AND ITS SAFE,BUT I DRIVE AND I HAVE 0 BREAK WHAT CAN I DO ? I DON'T WANT TO SELL MY BIKE I CAN'T LIVE WITH FEELING SOME ONE CAN KILL HIM SELF WEN BREAK STOP WORKING AGAIN, I HAVE MANY VIDEO THAT I CAN SENT LATER IF REEDIT BUT I KNOW YOU HAVE ALREADY,I DON'T WANT MONEY CORD CASES I WANT TO DRIVE MY HARLEY SAFE WEN IT HAPPENS I DRIVE IN CITY I DRIVE 30 KILOMETER PER HOUR
