THE REAR AXLE RELAY VALVES (ONE PER AXLE) MAY NOT MEET BRAKE RELEASE TIMING REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS 121.
Consequence
THE REAR AXLE BRAKES MAY NOT RELEASE IN THE TIMESSPECIFIED BY FMVSS 121.
Remedy
REPLACE THE NONCOMPLYING RELAY VALVES.
