ST225/75R15 Tire delaminated on interstate. Belt separated from tire causing damage to vehicle. This was the second tire to fail on vehicle.

TIRES ON THE STBD SIDE OF THE TRAILER ARE RUBBING AGAINST THE BOTTOM OF THE TRAILER. THE LEAF SPRINGS LOOKED FLAT.
