Defect Description
Eclipse Recreational Vehicles, Inc. (Eclipse) is recalling certain 2020-2021 Attitude, Stellar, and Iconic trailers equipped with Dometic S31, R731, and R2131 3-burner cooking stoves. The saddle valve securing bolt may be overtightened, possibly damaging the o-ring seal and causing a continuous gas... Read more
Consequence
A gas leak can increase the risk of a fire.
Remedy
Dometic service centers will install a remedy kit of gaskets, washers, thread locker bolts, and two round orange labels, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 25, 2022. Owners may contact Eclipse customer service at 1-269-342-3184.

THE VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION STICKER STATES THE WHEELS ARE 15' BUT THEY INSTALLED 16' WE COMPLAINED ABOUT IT AND THEY INSTALLED A LEAF SPRING LIFT KIT AND DID TOT CORRECT THE WHEEL SIZE. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2020 ECLIPSE ATTITUDE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE PASSENGER'S SIDE AXLE WAS LEAKING GREASE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE LOCAL DEALER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT INFORMED OF THE FAILURE.
