Defect Description

Consequence
A rearview camera image that fails to display reduces the driver's view behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Radio software will be updated by a dealer or through an over-the-air (OTA) update, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed beginning September 1, 2026. AIR BAGS:FRONTAL
Defect Description
Braun Corporation (Braun) is recalling certain 2023-2026 Chrysler Pacifica and Voyager vehicles. The spring inside the front seat harness connector may contact electrical terminals.
Consequence
The unintended connection may prevent the air bags from deploying, increasing the risk of injury during a crash.
Remedy
Dealers will replace the spring, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 16, 2026. Owners may contact Braun's customer service at 1-800-488-0359.
