TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 CHRYSLER SEBRING CONVERTIBLE. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 25-30 MPH WHEN THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING.
