Consequence
The driver may be unaware that the turn signal is not working, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
The lighting control module software will be updated by a dealer, or through an over-the-air (OTA) update, free of charge. Owner notification letters are scheduled to be mailed May 18, 2026. Consequence
Without an owner's manual to consult, owners may not know how to safely use and operate the vehicle, increasing the risk of injury in a crash.
Remedy

the Electronic power steering assist keeps going in and out. it will work fine for about three months then it goes out for a month or so. it is very hard to steer and could cause someone to lose control and crash.
