THE DEALERSHIP HAS US CONTACT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHO IN TURN TOLD US THE VEHICLE WAS "TOO OLD & TOO MANY MILES" FOR ANY HELP FROM THEM. WE HAD A ESTIMATE FROM A PRIVATE SHOP PRIOR TO TAKING THE TRUCK TO THE DEALERSHIP. BOTH PLACES SAID WE NEEDED A NEW TRANSMISSION. I DON'T FEEL LIKE THE TRUCK IS OLD ENOUGH OR THE MILEAGE IS HIGH ENOUGH TO JUSTIFY THE TRANSMISSION GOING OUT. THIS TRUCK WAS SOLD WITH A "WORK PACKAGE" WHICH INCLUDED THE TOWING KIT.
