2012 BMW 750LXI

The contact owns a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica. The contact stated while driving at various speeds, the "Uconnect Box Service Required - Please visit an Authorized Dealer" message was displayed on the instrument panel. Due to the failure, the reverse camera screen displayed a blank image while in reverse... (R). The vehicle was taken to the dealer several times in reference to the failure. The vehicle had been repaired a total of three times; twice for the radio module and once for the telematics box module (TBM). The vehicle was not repaired. The contact later discovered that the vehicle was included in NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V463000 (Back Over Prevention); however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The local dealer was made aware of the issue and confirmed that parts were not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The transfer case is shot. As well as the rear differential. As a result of the transfer case messing up, the transmission is tore up. We need struts as well.
