Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2012-2025 ACTT (Xspotter) vehicles. The tire inflation information label is incorrect. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 110, "Tire Selection and Rims."
Remedy: Autocar will mail corrected labels, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 29, 2025. Owners may contact Autocar customer service at 1-888-218-3611. Autocar's number for this recall is ACTT-2504.

SERVICE BRAKES, AIR:SUPPLY:RESERVOIR/TANK
Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2015-2022 ACTT (Xspotter) and ACX (Xpeditor) vehicles. The air tanks have an insufficient volume of air for the brake system. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 121, "Air Brake Systems."
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace or add additional air tanks as necessary, free of charge. Interim owner notification letters explaining the safety risk were mailed August 29, 2025. Owners will receive a second notice once remedy parts become available, anticipated late-June 2026. Owners may contact Autocar customer service at 1-888-218-3611. Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2023-2025 ACTT (Xspotter) vehicles. A software error may allow the vehicle to exceed the speed governor limit. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 136, "Electronic Stability Control Systems on Heavy Vehicles."
Remedy: Dealers will update the vehicle and drive motor software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 30, 2025. Owners may contact Autocar customer service at 1-888-218-3611. Autocar's number for this recall is ACTT-2402.
