FIRE TRUCK WAS MANUFACTURED WITH THE WRONG BRAKE PARTS ON THE REAR AXLE. AXLE WAS MANUFACTURED WITH THE INCORRECT BRAKE PADS AND INCORRECT S-CAM ROLLERS.
