Consequence
The weakened seat belt may fail to properly restrain the seat occupant in the event of a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy
Allied will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the seat belt attachment hardware and if necessary, reinstall the seat belts using new hardware and a protective sheath on the retractor side of the belt.
