ADDITIONALLY, I WAS INFORMED THE DEALERSHIP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WINDSHIELD BREAKING DURING REMOVAL TO RESEAL. I'VE SINCE RESEARCHED THIS ISSUE BEING A FACTORY PROBLEM WITH THE PRIMER AND/OR SEALANT USED BY VOLVO, WHICH CAN CAUSE THE WINDSHIELD TO POP OUT DURING AN IMPACT. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE THAT VOLVO IS AWARE OF AND IS UNWILLING TO ADDRESS (IE - ISSUING A RECALL). THIS APPEARS TO BE A COMMON PROBLEM WITH SEVERAL OF VOLVO'S MODELS MANUFACTURED BETWEEN 2010-2015.
