It is unknown what caused this issue but ever since I bought my vehicle on April 5, 2021, I have been experiencing vibration issues when driving between 65-75 MPH. I have had my vehicle inspected at multiple Volvo Service Centers across Texas and no one can seem to figure out what is causing the vibration issues. With all of these items serviced/repaired/replaced, the vibration is still present in the steering wheel traveling at highway speeds. I went on a test drive today, 6/22/22, with a Volvo Service Technician and he confirmed that the vibration is valid. He also stated that the only thing left to do is to replace all 4 tires, at my cost, to see if the vibration goes away. He advised that when new cars are on the lot parked waiting to be sold, dealerships typically inflate the tires to about 50 PSI so as to avoid any "flat spots" on the tires. He also stated that many dealers also typically do not inflate tires on their new fleet due to the rough ride it causes. I have contacted Volvo regarding this issue without any remedy or advice. Additionally, my Volvo dealer cannot say for sure that they will reimburse me for tires, if I do choose to replace my current ones, even though this issue has been present since day 1.Read more

When rear seats are folded to make more room for cargo, the seat belts retract more inwards due to the retractable hardware that retracts the belts. Now, you have to buy an improved sensor and fuel line combination kit. I had the car towed to a shop as it was not safe to drive with leaking fuel. It would seem to me if Volvo was having issues with the fuel sensor that required them to quit selling the original part and re-engineer the replacement part with a new hose that Volvo is aware of a problem. This is the second gasoline leak that we have had on this vehicle related to these fuel lines and sensors.Read more

The charge would be over $2000. so the receipt showed "customer declined recommendations. My SRS was working fine until they supposedly replaced the airbag. My mechanic looked it over and the airbag is not connected. Volvo refused to pay another dealer to check the airbag. However, Volvo offered to tow my car to Volvo of Nashville on Murfreesboro road , not the orignal dealer. I refused unless they took care of the charges. I now have an a front driver airbag that is not connected. I would have to pay a dealer to find out if the airbag had been replaced. i have been driving without the recall airbag. I am filing this complaint in case of accident and to let you know the airbag recall has not been corrected. You can never talk to a mechanic at Volvo of Cool Springs. The engine was losing almost a quart of oil every thousand miles. It did not always notify me when it was low on oil. No one's safety was put at risk. I ended up refilling a total of 3 quarts before taking it to the dealer. The dealer said that the front crankshaft seal was leaking, and the oil was dripping down it and onto the side and bottom of the oil pan.

If this is not corrected on my vehicle, the windshield could come loose and detach from the vehicle.
