THE RESOLUTION IS THE REPLACEMENT OF RELAYS MANUFACTURED BY TYCO ELECTRONICS WHICH DO NOT MEET THE ORIGINAL VOLVO DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS. VOLVO REPLACED A FAULTY RELAY WHICH CORRECTED THE PROBLEM.
