All of these issues were components to the recall. I have called Customer Care and they assured me that it would be fixed at no cost under the recall, and then I requested a different dealership due to terrible customer service at the prior dealership. Customer Care then contacted prior dealership, and went based on the incorrect findings of the dealership, they are refusing to fix my engine that is under recall. Twice it happened in middle of one of these roads and I was at a near stop in middle of the roadway. I was nearly rear ended my a truck traveling at high speed twice with nowhere or no way to move. Another time exiting one street and enter on to another rather busy street with fast moving traffic. The car nearly came to a complete stop in mid turn. Bought the car used in 2023 so I have no knowledge of the history of the car. Service provider running factory diagnostic testing but so far no determination as to cause of the high rate of discharge. Verified that the fuel pump is fully operational. ... oof-mounted strap that was fluttering slightly in view of the forward sensors. These false positives caused the vehicle to brake suddenly and forcefully, creating a highly dangerous situation for vehicles behind me. Multiple drivers were forced to swerve to avoid a collision. Thankfully, no crash occurred, but the repeated unexpected braking posed a serious risk to my safety and the safety of others on the highway. Additionally, I had previously disabled the automatic emergency braking feature in the vehicle's settings. However, I later discovered that this system reactivates by default every time the vehicle is restarted. There is currently no option to permanently disable this feature, meaning drivers must manually turn it off for each individual trip, which is not clearly communicated by the system. Engine is running very rough. At a low idle, the engine turns off. Today the car turned off 11 times. A diagnostic reading shows all four cylinders misfiring.

Dash resets and you loose instruments for a few seconds. When they come back they are inaccurate. This has happened many times and have had the car to the dealer twice who cannot replicate the issue. Warning lamps did illuminate for a second then goes away. vehicle has had less than 300 miles on it when this first started
