cracked engine block leaking coolant. Honda says it's not covered after the extended warranty expired. The issue starts happening in many vehicles after 100K miles and my car started seeing the issue at 135K miles . Dealer will not help, Honda of America won't help. this needs to turn into a recall please. Honda must reimburse or have the crack fixed.

His response, per Volvo instructions, tell the customer to reset the system once a month. There's no written instructions to resolve the problem. The transmission failed at only 63,000 miles. Prior to the failure i had no codes or warning lights. It began to shift harshly and jump gears. I scheduled a service appointment to address this and other issues with the EX90 that are unrelated but for the third time my appointment was cancelled as the Volvo dealership is refusing to service the ex90s they have been selling.Read more

Received a Uconnect update on 10/10/2025 OTA. Vehicle is no longer opperating correctly and e-save mode will no longer turn on. Vehicle is randomly shutting off while driving and check engine light is now present. I experienced a serious safety issue with my 2025 Volvo EX90 around 1:15 PM on October 7, 2025. It was drizzling at the time. I had stopped in front of an ATM to deposit and withdraw money. After finishing, when I released the brake pedal to leave, the vehicle suddenly accelerated forward on its own, much faster than normal creeping speed. I've had all my maintenance done on time. Engine oil changes every 5,000 miles. Even before the 8,000 to 10,000 miles. I have all the paperwork with receipts and dates in my car paperwork bag. At every oil change no one has ever told me there was an engine problem. The car was purchased from a dealership in Libertyville, Illinois. The car is currently at a dealership in Naperville, Illinois. I wrote a complaint to Acura of California on 9/26/2025. To date, all I have gotten is a response: we have a lot of work to do, we will respond when we can. Very rude and disrespectful. Considering I could have been in an accident if the engine had seized up. That's what my foreman at the dealership said. Or even worse, my daughter could have had an accident. The local dealer was contacted and confirmed that the parts needed for the recall repair were not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue and a case was opened. I tow full-time as a working nomad. My truck has gone into limp-mode (low-power mode) onto a complete loss of power. I have been stranded on 3 difference occasions. The issue first began at 75,000 miles which I have records of. After this most recent incident, I realized there was a pattern emerging. ... ems. I called Nissan and opened a case number. They processed and then stated that they will not assist me since I am not over 100k miles. My odometer is currently at 105K miles. I am not sure if it is safe to drive my truck and I need to relocate soon. What options do I have? Can anything be done about this? From what I am reading online, this is a $10,000 - $15,000 to fix, let alone the thousands of dollars I have already spent on varying part replacements. Nissan/Cummins designed this truck to work with the fuel being sold in Europe. The fuel in the US does not offer the lubrication required to function properly and it’s causing friction on metal which is sending metal shavings in through the fuel system. The fuel filters cannot handle the debris. The only warning signs I received from the vehicle was a dash warning stating low power / no power mode had been engaged as I lost power and had to roll to a stop on the side of the road. Thankfully I was able to get over to safety each time. Then, I stayed stranded on the side of the road (single female traveling alone with dogs) until I was able to figure things out. Transmission exhibits harsh shifting and slippage. One scary example is when accelerating at highway speeds, transmission will occasionally and suddenly drop into first gear causing complete loss of power to the wheels.
