100k miles and the high pressure fuel pump is failed. Created small metal particles that got into fuel lines. Everything needs to be replaced. There’s a recall on over 80k trucks with the same issue. Local ford said this is the same issue as all the recalls but because we don’t have the recall on our VIN, we have to pay $20k for replacement.

I recently had some touch up work done on my car. While in I had an estimate done on my headlights because they constantly had condensation and moisture inside the light cover, This is at all times of the day and especially challenging in the winter months when there was ice frozen over. My body shop called the local dealer to get pricing on parts. Can provide the body shop and dealership if n
... eeded. When talking to the service department they informed my body shop that they had issues with the original install of these lights and the seals were compromised letting moisture in that could not easily leave. This explains why, not one, but both of my lights are doing the same thing and compromising my safety especially at night. They are only giving out partial light due to having heavy condensation or ice covering the internal side of the headlight. This is not an issue that would activate any warning lamps or messages just visual compromised.Read more

1. Vehicle Information Year / Make / Model: 2018 Honda Odyssey Touring Mileage at Time of Incident: Approximately 123,952 miles Purchased New or Used: Used 2. Incident Summary On June 13, 2025 upon starting the vehicle for the first time that day (vehicle is garage kept, year round, at home when not in use), problem codes for the Auto High Beam, Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Lane Keeping Assi
... st System (LKAS), Collision Mitigation Braking System (CMBS), and Road Departure Mitigation (RDM) showed on the display and all features failed to function. 3. Detailed Description of Failure & Safety Risk (Chronological) Component/System Affected: I have not taken the vehicle to the local Honda dealership as yet as I plan to schedule an appointment during the week of 17 August. After researching this issues it is found that many other consumers have experienced the same issue and confirmed that it was the ADAS front-facing camera and radar sensor failure. Due to the failure this causes the following safety systems to cease functionality: Auto High Beam, ACC, LKAS, CMBS, and RDM. Vehicle is available for inspection upon request. Safety Risk: All affected systems are critical for maintaining lane position, speed, collision avoidance, and visibility. Not having these critical safety features creates a heightened risk of collision or unsafe maneuver. Inspection: Only an authorized Honda dealer will inspect/diagnose the issue. There has been no inspection from the vehicle manufacturer, law enforcement, insurance, or independent service.Read more

Subject: Safety Complaint – 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer – Multiple Safety-Critical Failures and Warranty Concerns. I am the owner of a 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer (purchase price $114,000 USD), well maintained and currently with 41,000 miles. Despite careful use, it has developed multiple recurring electrical and mechanical failures that present serious safety risks: •Parking and side sensors fai
... l, making obstacle and blind-spot detection unreliable. •Rear-view camera often shows a solid blue screen in reverse, leaving no rear visibility. •Main display flickers, freezes, or shuts off; infotainment reboots while driving, disabling controls. •Entire electronic system resets mid-drive, affecting safety features. •Power liftgate fails to open. •Air suspension changes height on its own, affecting handling and stability. While the basic 36,000-mile warranty has expired, the vehicle still has a 60,000-mile powertrain warranty. Many of these failures involve safety-critical systems that should be addressed without cost to the owner. I recently brought the vehicle to an authorized Jeep dealer, who charged $1,399 USD just for diagnostics instead of addressing them under warranty or goodwill. These issues are widely reported by other 2022 Grand Wagoneer owners, suggesting systemic defects. I respectfully request that NHTSA investigate promptly, require Jeep/Stellantis to issue recalls where necessary, provide a permanent fix, and ensure dealers address safety-related defects regardless of basic warranty expiration.Read more

The vehicle has a design flaw which causes a bracket which connects the 2 pipes which connect to the catalytic converter to fail. Once the bracket has failed, the rear catalytic converter is allowed to vibrate more than designed, adding extra stress to the catalytic converter. Over time, this additional stress causes the catalytic converter to fail, releasing harmful gases directly from the engine
... exhaust manifold with carbon monoxide and other harmful gases into the air and into the passenger compartment of the vehicle. This is a know issue that GM has recalled on the 2019 (recall N212356540) and 2021 (recall N222385510) model year Traverse. Other years may have also been recalled that I am not aware of. For some reason, GM has neglected to take ownership of this issue on the 2018 Traverse which shares the same design as both the 2019 and 2021 model years. I have gone to the dealership and contact Chevrolet's customer service multiple times and they refuse to reimburse me for the cost of the necessary repairs. I have already purchased the broken and necessary, ancillary components and repaired the vehicle myself because I did not want to pay the dealership over $2000 in labor which they quoted me.Read more

I am submitting this complaint to formally report repeated rear brake failures on my 2025 Ducati Panigale V4 which pose a serious safety hazard. The issue appears to be consistent with the defect described in NHTSA Campaign Number 25V013000 (Ducati Recall CR285 / SRV-RCL-25-001) involving excessive heat damage to the rear brake hose between the ABS control unit and the rear caliper. Incident Summ
... ary: Since purchasing the motorcycle in June 4,2025. have experienced three complete rear brake failures in less than two months, each occurring after warranty repairs: 1. 6/15/2025 – First ride after purchase: Rear brakes failed; smoke observed near exhaust. Returned to dealer (Moto Forza) on 6/17/2025. Dealer kept the bike for ~1 month for warranty repair related to brake line heat damage. 2. 7/19/2025 – Second occurrence: Rear brakes failed again. Returned for service. 3. 8/10/2025 – Third occurrence: Rear brakes failed completely, with blue/bronze discoloration of the rotor indicating excessive heat exposure. Returned to dealership This motorcycle has been out of service for over seven weeks since ownership. Manufacturer’s Response: Ducati’s regional representative has indicated verbally that my lowering of the motorcycle caused the brake failures and that I would not qualify for a manufacturer buyback. I dispute this claim for the following reasons: Lowering motorcycles is common and has not caused brake failures on any of the multiple bikes I’ve owned and lowered in my 9 years of riding experience. There is an active recall for the exact brake defect I am experiencing, which affects stock, unmodified 2025 Ducati Panigale V4 models. Multiple owners have reported repeated rear brake failures in unmodified bikes matching my model year and configuration. Ducati has not provided any written technical evidence to support their claim that lowering caused the defect.Read more

To Whom It May Concern, I am submitting this complaint regarding my 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport, which has developed a significant mechanical issue with the engine cooling fan. Through my own research and conversations with other Niss
... an Rogue and Rogue Sport owners, I have discovered that this is not an isolated incident. Many owners report premature cooling fan failure, often well before 70,000 miles. This suggests a potential manufacturing defect or design flaw that could affect a wide range of vehicles, not just mine. The failure of a cooling fan poses a serious safety risk. If the fan stops working properly, the engine can overheat, leading to sudden breakdowns, potential loss of power while driving, and increased risk of accidents. Additionally, overheating could cause further engine damage, compounding repair costs for consumers. Given the frequency of reported failures and the high cost of repair—often totaling thousands of dollars—I believe this issue warrants an immediate investigation and a potential recall. The root cause should be identified and corrected at the manufacturer level so that consumers are not forced to bear the financial burden for what appears to be a common defect. I respectfully request that the NHTSA investigate this matter and determine whether a recall should be issued for 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport models and potentially other affected model years.Read more
