Hello, The car has 55000 miles right now, It has shifting problem from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd gear. I dropped it at the Ford Dealership (Koons Ford Woodbridge, Woodbridge, VA 22193). The Dealership informed me that the vehicle is not covered Under and warranty or Customer Satisfaction Program. The symptoms on my vehicle are same as of Bulletin 22N12, the manufacturing plant is also the same as
... mentioned in bulletin 22N12, but neither the dealership nor the Ford Customer Service is helping me out. The dealership told me to get the vehicle repaired first and wait if the vehicle ever falls in the warranty and I will be reimbursed. If am looking for help to resolve this matter. Thank youRead more

Recall #25S75 (Low pressure fuel pump failure) was issued in July of 2025 and has still not been resolved as of this date (12/23/25). I am filing a formal complaint with NHTSA about Ford Motor Company not resolving this issue in a timely manner. This appears to be a pattern with FMC regarding recalls, two previous of which took almost a year to remedy.

Dear NHTSA, There needs to be an immediate recall on this (VIN#: [XXX] ) 2021 Honda CR-V Hybrid Motor Nightmare. Despite proper maintenance and care, the vehicle has experienced persistent problems that stem from known defects. The engine has a fatal flaw with the head gasket. The high compression turbo engine stretches the head bolts, lifts the cylinder head just enough to blow the gasket cau
... sing coolant to leak into the cylinders and mix with the oil and destroys the bearings. Along with oil dilution where gas washes pass the piston rings. This is a widespread problem affecting this model as indicated by the numerous technical service bulletins. The issue appears to occur during the 20,000 to 30,000 mile mark where it begins to experienced recurring engine performance issues, misfires, loss of power, and excessive radiator fluid consumption resulting in premature engine wear and sludge buildup. Honda sites have pointed out: "This can happen when the car is frequently idled or driven for short commutes, which can prevent the oil from flowing properly" and my commute is a 3 minute drive and 5 minute to the market. [XXX] "it’s a well documented issue and Honda America is aware of it that they’ve released an article about it for mechanics" One customer wrote "I have a 2021 Honda CRV and the engine had a terrible knock" [XXX] Please do something immediately! Several Mechanics acknowledge these widespread issues, the Lane Manager that advised me to reach out to the manufacturer pointed out that this is a “common issue”, and Your Website highlights that you all have already received similar recall campaigns for the engine oil and gasoline dilution issue that occurs approximate at the 22,500 mileage. Kia has a known ICCU issue with several of their electric vehicles. Mine went out yesterday creating an extremely dangerous situation on the road. After it blew, I lost the ability to accelerate or steer. This was obviously very scary for me and the drivers around me. I feel very lucky to have not been hit by another car. Although Kia is replacing these, this does not guarantee a fix. That is to s
... ay, the ICCU has the potential to blow again after replaced because the core issue is not something that Kia group has reengineered. I should not have to fear getting into my vehicle and wonder if it will blow again. I hope the government steps in and conducts an investigation into this. It’s only a matter of time before someone, unfortunately, will lose a life over this.Read more

This 2021 Toyota Supra, subject to Toyota’s own “Original Brake System Defect” recall, exhibited chronic braking noise from delivery. Despite multiple dealership visits, the core issue was never resolved. The defect escalated in late 2025, with the vehicle intermittently displaying the most critical “STOP DRIVING” brake warning. In mid-December 2025, it experienced a catastrophic “Sudd
... en Unintended Steering and Acceleration” event during a low-speed turn, where the steering wheel autonomously jerked side-to-side accompanied by uncommanded acceleration, causing near loss of control. This appears to be a dangerous progression of the factory brake defect into a complete failure of the vehicle’s dynamic control systems. On the afternoon of December 17, 2025, after 2:30 PM, I was returning from the grocery store. Approaching a T-intersection, I was the first car in the left-turn lane. After the light turned green, I initiated a left turn at a normal, controlled speed. At the precise moment I straightened the steering wheel to enter the through lane, the steering wheel suddenly and violently jerked left and right on its own. Despite my foot being completely off the accelerator, the vehicle autonomously accelerated in sync with the erratic steering movements. The situation was extremely abrupt, dangerous, and nearly impossible to control. I had no time to feel fear; my entire focus was on desperately trying to regain control to avoid a crash with pedestrians or other vehicles. Fortunately, through quick reflexes and rational judgment, I concentrated intensely on the actual conditions and surrounding traffic. With a final, forceful effort, I wrestled with the steering wheel and applied the brakes, managing to bring the vehicle under control after roughly ten seconds. I safely pulled over to the roadside. I cannot accept further repairs on a proven life-threatening product. I urgently request NHTSA to oversee an investigation into Toyota regarding this systemic failure .Read more

On [XXX], I purchased a new Toyota Sienna 2025 from Toyota Pasadena. The car has had frequent “check rear seat” and “check 3rd row seat” alerts everyday I drive. I have contacted Toyota Motors a few times since May, 2025, and visited Toyota Pasadena countless times to solve this error since April, 2025. After their “alarm specialist” checked my vehicle, they started to intentionally ig
... nore my repair request. It seems Toyota knows the problem but couldn’t fix it in an easy and cheap way. Toyota Pasadena always insisted on me seeing their alarm specialist OFF THE RECORD, rather than accepting my vehicle for repair, so they can avoid Lemon Law punishment. When I contacted Toyota Motor a few times, they always pushed me back to Toyota Pasadena and ignored my request to have other dealers’ or the engineers fix my Sienna. I have been trapped in this endless fraud loop wasting time for a year. I have a [XXX] daughter. With this error not being fixed, I can’t risk putting my daughter and her seat on the rear seat. I was forced to buy another SUV, which created significant financial stress along with the stress of being pushed away between Toyota Motor and Toyota Pasadena over and over again. The bottomline is I need to make sure the rear seat is safe because my family’s lives are on the line. They shouldn’t intentionally hide the safety issue and forced me to accept the risk. It’s a new car in the original condition that Toyota Pasadena handed me. Everything on this vehicle was installed by Toyota Motor and Toyota Pasadena before it was handed to me. I already requested that if it's alarm bugs they cannot fix, they can remove the faulty alarm with a refund. I only want a safe vehicle. But they rejected me. The vehicle still makes random alarms and shows the “check rear seat” today and everyday. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)Read more

Lost power without any warning while taking an exit on the highway. Fortunately, I was able to pull over without an incident. Mechanic scanned : P0087. 1. The Horn Button in NOT located in the center of the steering wheel but is located as a separate button off to the side and therefore is difficult to located in times of emergency when it is needed. 2. Where the button is located it is not intuitive in times of panic and emergency to try and located where to press the horn button. If you happen to be turning the wheel, it is almost impossible to
... find the button. 3. On future Tesla X models. Tesla the Manufacture decide to relocate the horn back to the center of the steering wheel. 4. We have had several close calls and missed accidents partly due to the fact we could not located the horn button in times of emergencies. 5. It seems like it would be a simple fix for the manufacturer to install an updated steering wheel for the safety of all occupants and other drivers.Read more

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally report a serious safety issue involving my Hyundai Palisade related to brake failure. While driving my Hyundai Palisade, I experienced a situation where pressing the brake pedal resulted in little to no braking response. The vehicle did not slow or stop as expected, creating an extremely dangerous situation and a significant risk of collision. Thi
... s occurred without warning, and the brake pedal did not provide normal resistance or stopping power. This issue appears to be intermittent, which makes it difficult to predict or reproduce, but it has occurred more than once. Based on my experience and reports from other Hyundai Palisade owners, this may be related to a malfunction of the braking or ABS system. The lack of reliable braking response presents a serious safety hazard to drivers, passengers, and others on the road. I am concerned that this issue could result in a crash, injury, or worse if not addressed promptly. I am requesting that this complaint be formally recorded and that the brake system on Hyundai Palisade vehicles be thoroughly investigated. If applicable, I also request information regarding any known technical service bulletins, software updates, or recalls related to this issue. I kept filling the gas tank not allowing it to go under 1/2 tank on the fuel gauge the remainder of the trip home. I took the car to Tansky Sawmill Toyota for service, who thought it was a fuel sensor in fuel tank, which had to be dropped, resulting in a tube from the fuel sender being disconnected and not taking fuel from the other side of the tank and corrosion was cleaned out. I own a 2014 Honda CR-V. Since around November 2022 I have repeatedly experienced an intermittent “bounce” or shudder when accelerating, especially around 20–25 mph and sometimes at higher speeds (around 45 mph and above). The vehicle feels like it briefly loses power or slips before catching again, and the check-engine light has come on and off during this period. I took the vehicle to Sto
... ckton Honda (CA) multiple times and consistently reported this bounce/shudder on take-off. Each time, the focus was on brakes, rotors, tires, or other maintenance items. I was never told there might be an engine or timing-chain issue or that the vehicle could be unsafe to drive. The bounce/shudder never went away. I have also been involved in multiple low-speed collisions while taking off from a stop in the past few years, and I am concerned that this hesitation/loss of power may have contributed. In late 2025, Honda of Elk Grove performed a full diagnostic, retrieved a P031 code, and told me the most likely cause is a timing-chain problem. I was advised that the vehicle is not recommended to be driven until the timing chain is replaced because the engine could be severely damaged or fail while driving. The technician refused to take the car on the freeway due to safety concerns. I am submitting this complaint so NHTSA is aware that a possible timing-chain defect or failure in 2014 Honda CR-V vehicles can present as a bounce/shudder at low speeds during acceleration, with potential loss of power and increased risk of rear-end collisions, and that this condition may be missed or misdiagnosed by dealers for an extended period.Read more

This vehicle is unsafe for two reasons. First, it slams you on brakes and puts you in park at random times. Middle of road, parking lots, etc. This puts you at higher risk of someone hitting you. The second thing is when pressing the gas when taking off after a stop, the rpm’s jump up and the engine revs up, but the car is barely going. Not safe when crossing intersections along with many other
... times. Both of these puts mine and my families safety at risk along with others on the road. No warning signs, lights, etc. Car is in shop for second time. First time on November 28, second time on December the 11. Still no answer on a fix. Just that they think they may know the cause. The dealer has gotten the car to reproduce these issues.Read more

While using Full Self-Driving, the vehicle accelerated aggressively during a left turn, crossing two lanes of traffic. I believe the system commanded acceleration, not me. I am requesting a review of vehicle logs to determine whether accelerator input came from the driver or from FSD.

I had purchased a car through Facebook Marketplace after talking to the seller and seeing a CarFax report on the car we decided to purchase it. After coming home the following day I look closer at the documents and realized the CarFax did not match the VIN of the car I purchased. After looking up the CarFax with the VIN on the car I purchased I saw that the person who sold me the car had rolled ba

The transmission in my 2019 Toyota Camry went from normal, expected operation to complete transmission failure in less than 2 weeks! There was no advanced notice of the issue until the transmission issues became so pervasive that I was already taking it in to be looked at. That was when the dashboard lit up with notifications of pre-collision system malfunction, drive-start control malfunction a
... nd secondary collision brake system malfunction followed by a notification to take it to the dealer (where I was headed when this occurred). I pulled the vehicle off the highway and had it towed to the dealer as the vehicle was not drive-able and would not stay in gear. The reason for going to the dealer was the day before, I went to a mechanic and on the way the CEL came on. The mechanic noted the scanner did not have any codes and suggested I take it to the dealer... where I was going when the above happened. I use this car to transport my children to school and the 2 days prior to the complete malfunction of the car's transmission the failure to find a gear while accelerating resulted in multiple instances where vehicles behind me came exceptionally close to a rear end collision. On one instance, I was crossing an intersection and the transmission didn't find a gear and I narrowly avoided being struck broadside by another vehicle. The service department at the Toyota dealership advised the transmission suffered complete internal failure (providing numerous codes regarding the solenoids) with a cost of $10,599.67 to replace it. It worked fine 2 weeks earlier with no prior warnings than an occasional hard shift and an instance of a slipping gear. Fluids were not excessively dirty, I changed the transmission fluid as required with Toyota Brand WS transmission fluid. No leaks exist and no excessive indication of metal particulates in the used transmission fluid. I'm waiting on Toyota for information on what they plan to do. Must be manufacturing defect.Read more
