The rearview camera reverses and inverts the image and the guiding lines disappear. I am unable to use the camera when reversing. I was backing out of my drive way when a shift system fault message appeared on my dashboard. When I went to change gears the rotary dial locked up and shifted to park. My safety as well as other people’s safety was put at risk because my car stopped in the middle of the street with little warning. The brakes activated hard where items shifted in the vehicle and the seatbelts locked. Occupants were thrust forward at the time of braking. The left headliner above the small rear window is wet/stained after heavy rain or a car wash. I have had this issue previously with the front left headliner and the clips were replaced. The same issue is occurring with the rear left headliner now. The risk of mold exposure, water damage, etc. is high.
