I am the original owner. Had the compressor fail on year 4 (got it replaced)and now in year 6 the evaporator has failed. Dealer inspected and determined both. In Phoenix, AZ with heat advisories throughout the summer it’s not safe/healthy to be in the car exposed to such heat. It seems the entire A/C system is flawed but extended warranties only apply to condenser and compressor.

2017 Chrysler Pacific diagnosed with leaking head gasket at ~65000 miles. Initially diagnosed from a check engine light code for a cylinder misfire. My private mechanic said that he has done 4 of these in the past month (Jan 2025). He said this is a costly repair that should not happen with this low of mileage. In exploring the problem, it appears that it is a known issue.

My front windshield has cracked twice in the span of 2 years. August 2023 and recently Feb 2025. Bought the car from a legitimate dealer in 2022. Both times there was no hard impact, no obvious damage (initially), the cracks also spread very quickly once the damage is obvious. The repairs each time is not covered, not covered by insurance, $1400+ each time.

Cylinder head needed to be replaced on the M264 engine at 35,000 miles. The replacement part is also known to be defective for the same reasons. This is a common defect known to the manufacturer and they have not issued a recall. My concern is that of a roadside breakdown that would endanger my wife and myself. ... rear door handle that failed the pull test as administered by Nuts and Volts Automotive using the prescribed tool on [XXX]. Cost to replace will be $150 for NFC front door handles and $100 for the right rear, vs Liquidating trustee / American Lease is providing $100 for NFC door handle and $80 for others (right rear in my case). The tool was not available when the pump was changed. Problem - door handles being provided by American Lease (as designated by the liquidating trustee) are the original design and left over inventory. The newly produced better design handles are still in England with the manufacturer Chevalier. We need these door handles!! The recall for the ADAS alerts (cluster telltales) # 24V405 (campaign TSB70062404) - has not fully resolved the nuisance cluster telltale alerts. The OTA team needs to be more precise with the updates and not leave some of the numerous electronic modules partially updated. Can not drive car with this and so have been disabling the system except for a warning tone. Today it activated it again. Usually when I approach something the sensors turn yellow and then red when getting real close to an object. But today when it activated when not close to anything and driving down the road all the forward sensors activated with the warning but it was gray. (not yellow or red) Since I had it on warning only the brakes did not activate. This is very dangerous and unless you disable the automatic emergency braking could lead someone to plow into the backend of the SUV and it evidentially does not cause error codes. During freeway driving, turn signal buttons located on the steering wheel, which when working properly produce a tactile click, fail to click and engage the turn indicator.
