The vibration from my Tundra feels like clutch slippery somewhere from transmission or K0 Clutch. Some time it makes the acceleration feels delay while it was vibrating aka slippery. 2nd problem, I noticed left front tire edge shows sign of start worn out while tire is only have 8k miles on it. Dealership checked the alignment and said nothing found wrong. They recommended me to tire rotation on 5k miles without offer replace tire that is about to show bald on edge. Tire is factory off road package tire aka Falken Wildpeak AT3WA. 3rd problem, during first oil change at 5k miles. I noticed there is oil residue on bottom bell housing between engine and electric motor. Dealership cleaned it and wanted me to come back at 10k miles routine maintenance inspection. Continuing crashing through 2 iron water main fixtures and through an iron gate. At the bottom of the hill the truck flew into the air and came to a hard landing, the steering wheel unlocked and we came to a stop quickly as the one pedal finally engaged and the computer screen announced " one pedal engaged". Then announced Power Train Malfunctioned. Also airbags never deployed. Prior to the wild ride, the vehicle was awaiting the overdue WiFi update named Power Train system update and prior to approaching the hill, I had tried twice to turn on the one pedal and got the never before seen message " one pedal failure could not engage". Truck was a total loss and my passenger and I were injured. When I contacted a Ford representative and told them about the incident, I mentioned that there was 2 other incidents of a brief steering wheel lock and rapid acceleration without injury or crash, I was told that I should have brought it in, therefore they were not responsible. Water was leaking inside of the back driver side corner of the tailgate. The water built up inside of the PTG module and ruined it. ... r disturbed in use by an ambulatory person. However, when it is used with a ramp, the second row of seats is removed and replaced with a passenger-side ramp. The ramp is 30 inches wide. The normal power wheelchair is 26 to 29 inches wide. This leaves only 2 inches MAXIMUM on either side of the ramp for the wheelchair. It is virtually impossible to NOT hit the sensor when going in or out by wheelchair!! I have had this van for about two years. I use it about once every two weeks. Most times I have an assistant driving. I have only used it about 50 times TOTAL, in two years. On [XXX], I had a doctor's appointment. I activated the automatic door and ramp. I rolled up the ramp, and parked in the passenger area. That seat has been removed for the wheelchair. My assistant pushed the button to activate the ramp to go back under-floor. It did so. BUT the sliding door on the passenger side did NOT close at all! Eventually he managed to manually slide the door shut. If I had been driving alone, I would have been stranded right there---at the doctor's office, shopping center, etc., as I do NOT have the strength to manually close that door! This is clearly a danger to disabled people using this modified Honda Odyssey. Honda and BraunAbility should be required to protect and reinforce the sensor area so users will NOT easily damage the sensor with light use of this van! I let the sunroof back and it pretty instantly snapped and a piece of the traction for the sunroof broke off. I don’t use the sunroof often (maybe 6 times total since buying the car). I let it back occasionally to make sure it doesn’t stop working from use. Now the back of the sunroof is titled upwards and will not close.

An over-the-air update was supplied (2.2.2) unannounced. It is NOT the complete 2.2 software and no one can provide us with information why it does not include all 2.2 features required by the NHSTA. Second row seat belts become unlatched randomly while driving. They have been confirmed "clicked in" and tug tested each time. During driving, the seat belt unlatched indicator comes on and we have to pull over and re- latch the belt. Service technicians have been unable to reproduce the problem, likely as they cannot have 3-7 people ride in the car for hours to verify.

There are hundreds and maybe thousands of other Honda Accord owners who have posted online about this VERY same issue (usually 2017) and the Honda dealers recommend replacing the entire unit to the tune of $4-5,000. This is a manufacturer defect!! The ONLY thing that stops the noise is to pull over, turn the car off, and wait 10-15 minutes, but sometimes the sound starts right up again. I have not yet taken my car to the dealer or a repair shop due to the hundreds/thousands of other posts online stating the exact same problem and the recommendation by Honda being to replace a part that was manufactured defectively. The sound is VERY loud and I cannot drive my car very far unless I just want to put up with it and try to ignore it. The lightning bolt symbol appears on dash then car just dies. I replaced 2 camshaft position sensors and 1 connector. Car was fine for 2 weeks then started acting even crazier. I flew down to Anchorage Alaska this brand new 024 FORD RANGER XL on [XXX] sight unseen and no test drive from KENDALL FORD Dealership. I didn’t know the lane keeping would turn on with the cruise control but it did and resisted me even more. The roads became black ice and it was freezing rain. The phone charge port lost power, the dash blanked out, there was no radio and the rear power port I had switched to lost power and my phone died. I was driving about 30 to 40 mph on the 2 lane undivided snow covered black ice covered highway. In a curve in the road where the highway maintenance snow plows had stopped plowing I believe the truck mistook the snow line for the painted line and unexpectedly and surprisingly actually turned the steering wheel towards the double solid dividing centerline and I turned back into my lane. This slight movement caused the truck to totally slide out of control and cross the double solid dividing centerline and the truck went into opposite highway oncoming lane! Luckily there was no traffic coming the other way or it could have been a horrible accident. I hit the brakes and the truck actually stopped good, and then I got back into my lane and pulled over at the first chance. My phone was dead so I had no flashlight because I flew down I carried nothing but my coat. I tried to inspect the steering but it was all dark and below zero so I continued on towards Fairbanks another hundred miles to the North. The truck also had a bunch of other problems like refusing to start that can leave a person to freeze to death quickly in the Arctic below zero temperatures. This issue has not yet been confirmed by a dealer, as I am arranging transport to a service center. However, the coolant loss and overheating symptoms are consistent with reports from other Ford owners. Ford has acknowledged this problem in past service programs, but vehicles like mine continue to fail. According to Fords Customer Satisfaction Program 19B37 ( which my car was serviced for on 1-27-2021) This was the first step to complete the issue of coolant leaking into the engine. Fast forward to 3-13-25 I was informed by a Ford dealership that the coolant was indeed leaking into the engine and needs a replacement. Under Fords customer satisfaction program 21N12 issued 6-9-22 my engine should be covered. However according to ford my vin was left off the list however my car was built under the 3 guidelines of 21N12 which were model year 2017-2019, Built in Louisville, build date was 1-10-18 according to Ladicia at ford Customer care and should have been included. On 1-27-2021 Nations Ford of Margate Florida performed the 19Be7 requirement to satisfy the 21n12 recall should the problem persist. No one seems to care nor chooses to use common sense that if it quacks like a duck and walks like a duck its a duck. I am asking your agency to officially look into this concern. Ford is and was aware of this issue an put a band aid on what appears to be a fatal wound. I am sure that I am not the only person being affected by this issue as i have discovered at least 2 class action suits being worked on as i type. My 2006 Dodge Charger stalls after refueling, and now stutters when driving as if not getting fuel. I have noticed when attempting to break and stopping at stops this is happening more often. The car shuts down and could cause a accident. After researching this issue I found that this has been addressed already under investigation number PE13-016 by the NHTSA.

Initially diagnosed as a coolant leak due to requirement to constantly add coolant. There was no evidence of a leak. Shortly thereafter the car began experiencing hard starts and illumination of the check engine light (CEL). Code showed number 3 cylinder misfire.
