Wheel bearings and hubs failed on both front wheels of our RV. Our current mileage is 38500. According to maintenance service is not required on the bearings until 60,000 miles. At that time bearings are to be regreased. At 150,000 miles bearings are to be replaced. ... Ford F53 chassis has encountered this wheel bearing issue. We have filed a complaint with Ford with pictures and detailed information of the work that was done to both of the front wheels. The only indication we had of this issue was intermittent vibration in the front end (as if you were riding over a rumble strip). Also, the ABS light came on and then went off. We were driving from Maryland to Texas and on the last day of our trip about 100 miles from our destination is when the vibration first occurred. Upon arrival we tried to contact Ford dealerships in the Abilene, Texas area. None of the dealerships contacted would service our RV. We then contacted an independent truck repair shop who diagnosed and fixed our RV. Total cost was just under $8,900. The parts were very difficult to find from Ford. Ford said that many of the parts needed were on back order and wouldn't be available for more than a month. According to the maintenance schedule this issue should not have happened. We feel there is a major issue with the Ford F53 chassis wheel bearings and a recall should be issued by Ford due to the dangerous conditions it creates.Read more

Told it was "fixed", picked up car, and 4 miles from dealer car shut down again /lost power at 45mph on a major road, and back to dealership. Apparently many similar reports of loss of power randomly with this error. Very luck to not have had a crash, injury, or loss of life either time. Obviously an issue to not be able to accelerate and randomly lose power and this if not already will lead to deaths especially at high rates of speed, congested roads, up hills or mountains, train tracks, when passing or merging, etc. No error code, so possibly other crashes were a result of this and no one would know, as multiple vehicles with same issue and random mileage reported on audi forums and nhtsa reports. This situation poses a significant safety concern and financial burden, as we are left without a reliable means of transportation due to a confirmed manufacturing defect. At first my radio screen was glitching and at the same time my car did a software update, it reset all my settings and my AEB system was disabled and would not turn back on regardless of how many times I turned it back on. The dealer did a manuel software update, replaced my screen (I paid the $100 warranty deductible) and it fixed the
... problem. A month and a half later it happened again without the update and my screen again was glitching. All my settings were changed and my AEB system was disabled. Dealer did a manual reset and another month and a half it happened again. At this appointment I asked them we need to do something else. This is not working. They saw that my alternate battery was not holding power well and not fully sending power to my module which controlled my radio/navigations systems also my safety features on the car. I replaced both batteries at $820. I needed 2 modules replaced. I had the module for the radio/navigation and safety features replaced and I am still currently waiting the other module that controls WiFi connections. It has been 3 weeks since I received my new module. After one week my radio screen was glitching. They said it was a lose wire and it needed to be replaced. As well as my auto start/stop button is being replaced because they most likely broke it due to them taking apart my radio so many times. Now at 3 weeks my car again reset my settings and my AEB is disabled. I have an appointment for them to look at it again but I have been to the dealer on an average once every 4-5 weeks since this issue began. My Toyota RAV 4 the power steering light comes on and says low & it always happens when it’s heavy raining and my wipers are on. The car just stops & wont start again for about 20 mins. This is super dangerous and has happened 4 times now
