The engine shut off on the highway on two different days. Vehicle was going between 65 and 70 mph. The vehicle engine shut down and all the warning lights came on. Every one. It took hours and they still don’t have a definitive answer, wanted to try almost 2k in repairs to see if it would fix the issue without any guarantees it would. I called dodge's home office where they checked my vin number and said that my vehicle did not have any recalls. I told her that maybe she should add my truck to the recall list as I was having the same steering problem as many others. I got NO satisfaction from her and after reading information that other dodge owners had posted i realized that these people weren't going to do anything about this. At one point i called the dodge home office again only this time i got a recording that said; "You are calling about your 2013 dodge truck. (I wondered how she had this information.) Please press a number to be connected to someone." I was connected to a lady in Taiwan. She spoke very broken English and I asked her to put someone else on the phone. She argued that she spoke English and I got irritated with her and hung up. I believe this is by design as dodge wants to do just that, dodge their responsibilities to their customers. No one has inspected my truck as I can't remove it from the garage. I was told that the tool that was plugged into my computer system would not reveal my problem if the steering system was working. The only way that I can get it to a mechanic is if the steering is working. I have puchased and installed a 10 amp fuse in the fuse panel and a 120 amp battery cable fuse on the battery. Neither solved my problem. so now I have a 2013 dodge ram truck (Like new) with 32,000 miles that I can't drive because I can't steer it. Please do something about this!!!!!Read more

The total cost of the ordered parts exceeds $2,000, which includes a computer. This vehicle is under warranty, particular vehicle IS NOT TWO YEARS OLD. This vehicle is a LEMON. I spoke with Carlos Rivera, a Customer Service Agent at Toyota of Puerto Rico. I notified him of this matter via phone calls, and he responded. He stated that his department is the warranty department, solely responsible for ordering parts for vehicles with warranties. He advised me to speak Ms Charla Green, the General Manager for Toyota St. Croix. Not quite sure why she never returns calls and is virtually unfeasible to speak with customers is atrocious. The front desk agents seems to be programmed to let you know Ms Green is not available and the supervisor, Ms Francis, seems uninterested in the daily chronicles with ones vehicle. I got frustrated and got in my truck and when I came to the first stoplight when the light turned green and I stepped on the gas pedal, my truck would not move, after about 5 seconds it surged forward and then again wouldn't move, then again my truck surged forward with a loud thud in the rear like somebody hit me from behind. It feels like it isn't kicking into gear and also my steering wheel was not centered when they swapped the engine so I have to hold my steering off to one side for my truck to drive straight. This has been a nightmare for me and Toyota refuses to acknowledge there is anything wrong. I've also been waiting for 7 months to get my front brakes fixed under the TSB and all they say is we don't have parts available, meanwhile they're building new trucks with new brake pads, rotors and calipers before taking care of the people waiting months and months? Safety concern: A car with only ~46,000 miles should not experience fuel system failures of this magnitude. Having both a recall repair and injector failure at such low mileage raises concerns about widespread defects in the Genesis G70 fuel system. The 2 problems that I am reporting are visibility issues. There are situations when it is very difficult to see out of this car. When bright sunshine comes through the windshield it reflects off of the dashboard making it almost impossible to see out. Pedestrians are very difficult to see and it's very dangerous to continue driving. The second problem is that the driver and passenger side windows
... are deeply tinted. I thought that this is illegal. At night the windows are so dark that you cannot see autos or pedestrians in intersections. I find that I have to roll down the windows so that I can safely see before proceeding through the intersection. I'm not sure what I'm going to do in the winter or a driving rainstorm. I have found that wearing polarized sunglasses helps with the windshield problem but only replacing the side windows will the tinted window problem be fixed.Read more

Noted strange "thumping" sound in truck. Took to certified local mechanic who has worked on our vehicles since 2016. ... uck was less than 90 days old had to remove the truck bed. Inspection of vehicle noted the bolts holding the body to the frame were missing. Vehicle is currently being repaired. The risk is the body could have come off the frame and potentially caused bodily or property damage. I contacted Ford but have not received any feedback other than the call center laughing at me for the situation. There were no warning lights on the dash nor codes given to my scanning tool by the vehicle. Mechanic stated this is the third F-Series of this generation they have seen this year with the exact same problem. Truck cannot be moved due to safety concerns, locked out/tagged out of service. I am writing to formally notify you, pursuant to the California Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act (California Civil Code§§ 1790 et seq.), that my 2024 Chevrolet Blazer EV, VIN 3GNKDHRK4RSXXXXXX is subject to an active safety recall N252503010 for the parking brake system. GM has acknowledged the defect, but no genuine repair or remedy Is available. I have
... already experienced problems with the parking brake, which substantially impair the safety, use and value of the vehicle. Due to the severity of this defect, I have placed the vehicle at the dealership, Woodland Motors, and it will remain there until GM completes the buyback process. I refuse to drive it because it is unsafe. I further understand that GM has instructed the dealership to adjust the depth sensor as so-called remedy. This adjustment has no bearing on the parking brake defect and cannot be reasonably be considered a repair nor the taping of brake lines that they also instructed to do. It does not address the safety risk or brake failure or unintended activation. Under California Civil Code§ 1793.2, the manufacturer must repair any defect that substantially impairs the use, value, or safety of the vehicle within a reasonable number of attempts and within a reasonable period of time. Since GM has no remedy and cannot provide a repair, it is impossible to comply with this requirement. Accordingly, I hereby demand that GM immediately: Repurchase my vehicle for the full purchase price, including sales tax, registration, finance charges, and any incidental or consequential damages. In addition, I request GM immediately provide me with a loaner vehicle or GM-paid rental until this matter is resolved, as it is unsafe to operate my current vehicle. If GM fails to resolve this matter promptly, I will retain legal counsel and pursue all available remedies, including attorney's fees, court costs and civil penalties under California Civil Code §1794.Read more
