This other vehicle is a 2010 Mercedes-Benz C300. While driving on high-speed devided highways including stretches where traffic was 2-way (single lanes separated by concrete barrier during road maintenance) Chevy Volt indicated "reduced propulsion", and in 2 cases forced shut-down of electric and gas engine where the single-lane travel had cement barriers on both sides of the driving lane.In at least one case, the engine forced 30-40 mph travel

In each failure case, after turning off and re-starting the vehicle, the vehicle seemed to have re-set propulsion control and I could continue the trip at normal speed until another warning but not complete faillure occurred (both lanes being available so I could drive to an exit, turn off the ignition, restart and resume the travel). I believe the failure was in the BECM (Battery Energy Control Module) but the Chevrolet dealer identified an EGR failure that prevents their repair team from diagnosing the BECM. The vehicle only has a little over 13,000 miles so this spring failure is not from wear and tear from driving. The left front the car and wheel housing of the car is now sagging and this make it unsafe to drive. If I was driving and the piece of the metal spring sprung out it could have caused a safety concern to other motorist. They continue to tell us to drive car and just report issues as their resolution. Car has failed seals that have resulted in multiple times of mold and rodents in car (had professionally inspected). Tesla continues to insist I go inside vehicle and drive car. Tesla first discovered the mold in March 2024 during warranty service visit. They acknowledge smell in writing. Odometer was changed while car was brought in for service (shows on Tesla provided service records). Car arrived on 7/2/24 at 11:06am with 32,390 miles and left 7/2/24 at 11:07am with 32,687 miles. Manager was present and in the car for this visit. Car charger has failed and been replaced multiple times, battery is defective. Tesla will not inspect. Reported in writing loud thudding in trunk for months and Tesla took no action. Turned out to be live rats discovered during private mold inspection in trunk, frunk and inside of car; we believe we were exposed to rodents for months due to Tesla refusing to inspect properly. We have reported the car making us incredibly ill with heart and lung issues, unexplained hair loss, nausea, fatigue and Tesla has taken no action. We arrived at Service center 7/2/24 asking for water and ill from the car and they ignored until we said we would need to call 911. I have a major issue with my 2023 Entegra Ethos Class B RV that I purchased new in June 2023 from La Mesa RV in Arizona. The vehicle currently has 14,083 miles. On a trip last week we began experiencing a severe vibration in the right rear of the van when driving highway speeds of 65 - 70 mph. ... Tire has a policy that does not allow them to mount tires that do not meet the vehicle's specification. The left rear tire is bulging down the center to the point where it barely fits in the wheel well. The tire store manager said that it would explode in the near future if it continued to be used. The “Tire and Loading Information” sticker that Entegra applied over the original RAM manufacturer sticker calls for LT 225/75R 16C tires. The tires that came with the vehicle are LT 225/75R 16E which have a Load Rating of E and a Load index of 112. The C tires that this vehicle requires have a Load Rating of C and a Load Index of 121. We were forced to purchase 5 new tires with a C Load Rating so that we can continue to use the vehicle. We had a lengthy correspondence with Entegra to get reimbursed for this expense and their conclusion is that " those are not the rims from manufacturing". These rims came with the vehicle that we purchased new from La Mesa RV. After 7 calls to La Mesa we were unable to get connected to anyone. Messages were left with no response. We believe that this is a serious safety issue. I think that there are hundreds of Entegra Ethos RVs on the road with underrated tires that do no meet their own Tire and Loading Information sticker that they placed over the original sticker. Entegra added so much weight to this vehicle that they had to add a Hellwig suspension, yet they kept the original manufacturer tires that cannot support the added weight. This usually happens at the beginning of a drive and the vehicle alerts us ‘Automatic braking temporarily unavailable.’ Sometimes it recovers on a subsequent drive the same day and rarely recovers on same drive. When cameras are out, ALL the ADAS features are inoperative as they require camera input. Also, the standard feature of ‘speed control’ does not function because Tesla has only adaptive cruise control. 1.)Transmission shifts into 1st gear while traveling at 40mph causing skidding. 2.)Transmission drops into 3rd gear while driving and stays there even when trying to leave a stop sign at intersection 3.)Transmission will stick in 1st for half block then suddenly accelorate the engine and slam hard into a higher gear.

The lock indicators that show that the LATCH safety system belts are tightened stopped working and show as locked even if it is in fact unlocked. This can lead to the this being unlocked, getting loose, and the car seat potentially moving around. This was discovered while moving the car seat from one car to another.

While using adaptive cruise control the vehicle regularly decelerates for no reason and without warning "phantom braking". I experience this about once a week, but experienced it multiple times on a longer drive this weekend. The unexplained abrupt braking could result in being rear-ended by another vehicle.

Right turn signal auto-cancel activates left turn lane change signal aproximately 60% of the time. This may cause confusion to oncoming traffic and could lead to an accident. Dealer did not road test vehicle, tryed to replicate problem with the vehicle stationary. This defect only arises while the vehicle is in motion.
