Nearly every time I go to turn the power off the screen says "shift to park" but it's in park. The engine turns off and the vehicle SEEMS to be in park, but who knows? After I downloaded the data report, it shows no data 2 hours before and after the time of the incident. When I tried to retrieve the video on the replay function in the vehicle, the video was not there anymore. Fortunately, my husband recorded the video on his phone and I have a copy of the video. I feel very disappointed and frustrated with how Tesla handled the issue. If they are not at fault, how come the data report and video are not available? I filed a claim under my auto insurance policy and got the vehicle fixed. This sudden unintended acceleration happened to me back in June when the vehicle accelerated by itself to 41mph. My daughter, who was sitting next to me in the front passenger seat, saw my foot was in the air but the vehicle kept moving at 41mph. We were so shocked and I had to use both feet to step on the brake to stop the vehicle. Tesla eventually replaced the steering column control in the beginning of July. Then, on July 29, the sudden acceleration happened again to my husband. This safety issue needs to be addressed by Tesla more seriously. I should at least get a written explanation of what happened and not just a phone call telling me the vehicle was not at fault. This happened at around 70K miles and the dealer was informed, but according to the Ford technician, upon inspection, no sign of coolant leak was found. At approximately 82K, the dealer was informed about a sudden coolant leak, and again, the Ford technician did not find the leak. We were also put at risk as well as others driving behind us by the parts blowing off onto a highway while driving at high speeds. The component was inspected by the service tech that worked for Tesla. I took the car into Tesla to have the car serviced before driving to California, they cleared the car and said that everything looked great, no warnings or symptoms. Problem #2: On the same drive to California, we had a error that showed as "Safety Restraint System Fault". This error seems to come and go so it may be available upon request depending on the day it is. The safety of my children are put at risk because we will not know when they are taking off their seatbelt due to this error. The Error has been inspected by Tesla on multiple occasions and they cannot seem to find how to fix this. I have another appointment with them on [XXX] to try again to fix it. There is a Warning, but it is very vague and does not let you know where the problem is. Problem #3: Tesla's Front Suspension Arms lose all Grease and start to make a grinding noise while going over minor bumps. This puts people at risk because at any moment the cars suspension could fail while driving due to the ware on the suspension. The component has been inspected by Tesla and they said that I should wait until the other arm starts to fail to replace them both at the same time. Airbag front passenger side has defect will not deploy. The dashboard light alert is on, as per dealership review stated airbag defect will not deploy and needs to be replaced. Car has never used airbag. Other same vehicles have been recalled but this batch of atlas cross sport suvs were not included.

The infotainment center in my 2014 GX460 is stuck in the rebooting phase. This system controls the cars temperature, radio, and vehicle settings. Not being able to access all of the temperature controls poses a safety risk especially with extreme temperatures. Ive heard this is a common issue with this vehicle and am shocked there hasn’t been a recall for it.
